WELCOME!!!

WELCOME to my blog! :)

With an extreme passion for beauty, hair, makeup and fashion, here you will find an all encompassing collaboration of my favorite beauty parlor tips. This will include everything from favorite products, hair styles, nutritional advice, exercise and favorite fashions to help bring beauty to your life from head to toe, inside and out!

I have been a hairstylist for over 13 years, competed in multiple figure contests and maintain a healthy balanced eating/workout regime. I have grown to know that your outer beauty is a reflection of your inner beauty. I hope that my tips (that are completely my own thoughts and opinions) will help add beauty to your life!

I was born and raised in Northern California. I moved out of my small, childhood town to the city 10 years ago and have created an incredible life here. I have an AMAZING fiancée, beautiful step-daughter and two 4-legged children.

I am SO excited to be able to share with you what I have learned and continue to learn. As I tell my clients, “Your hair either makes or breaks your day.” Let’s work together and have your hair and beauty always MAKE your day!

Yay!!! I will checking your blog on the regular for all the beauty tips I can handle! As a personal trainer that lives in the gym my hair takes a beating; anything in particular I should do as an occasional treatment to nurse it back to health? I take supplements to keep my body healthy; any I might use to help keep my hair healthy?
    Thx,
    Sueper ;)

  2. Awesome Sueper! Thank you for your support!! Please see my recent post. I think you will really benefit from deep conditioning on a regular basis and also try not to pony-tail your hair anymore than you really need to. Rubber-bands can wreak havoc on your hair causing breakage. Braids are a great option with a small, (blax) band at the bottom. Hope that helps! :)
