Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Today's post is a little different than normal. When the holidays come I love to have the family around. With that being said, holiday hosting can sometimes be a little stressful. I decided this year to make it as stress free as possible by setting things up to be ready for when my guests arrive. One of the easiest things to prep is a hot beverage station with hot chocolate, apple cider. I took down my normal bar cart (i.e. adult items) and made it kid/family friendly. By having this ready, it checks one more item off of your list and adds a fun element for your guests to stroll by and help themselves to a fun wintry beverage.
My outfit consists of things I have had in my closet for years. This skirt I wore to the black and white ball in San Francisco back in 2001 and what a gem it was to find it (buried I might add!). This sequin tank has been a staple for years and my Christmas plaid was perfect for the occasion. I have included items that are dupes for all of these and last but not least, I love flats for hosting. That way you can run around, mingle and still look chic yet comfortable while doing so! Happy Holidays!!
