16 Weeks!

Hello Friends!
It has been a little while and a much needed break. If you don't follow me on IG @parlorgirl and/or know me, then I am here to tell you today, we are PREGNANT! I could not be more thrilled, excited and blessed. I was pregnant while in New York last Feb and oh so sick, making the trip a chore to get through. (I do promise to still post pictures even though we are months down the road.) As far as taking a break, I was so sick that just getting out of bed and dressing for work was all I could do. Dry heaving and sleep were my daily rituals along with crackers and ginger ales galore. I even had a couple clients tell me I had worn a bun the last few times they saw me, oops.. I am NOT a good sick person or a downer so I elected to take a break and save you all from that. You're welcome! JK
I have been asked over and over lately about blogging while prego and I think I will continue here occasionally to share my experience and some fun finds for you along the way that will include everything from fashion to skincare, amazing recipes and workouts. Veronika's Blushing shared a wonderful diary of updates during her pregnancy that I just loved seeing and reading in which I am going to do the same. A little will change here as life is all about change and evolving. I hope to bring you more fun, exciting style as we head down this lovely path of our journey together.
Thank you all for your sweet support and wonderful emails during my break. I am forever grateful for such a sweet following of friends!

I remember feeling sick and thinking I had food poisoning. Then surprise! took a prego test and found out. But it's such a blessing! =)
