Good Morning...
Happy Monday Lovelies. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We had a crazy one over here. I have to admit that I have not been feeling my training this go around for a run I have in a couple weeks. So Saturday night I made myself promise and got all positive and pumped up in my head that I would take off Sunday morning and bust out a long run. Well I did and that was all I was able to do on Sunday. Lol. I was laid up. Do you ever do that? I know better but I think I had to prove it to myself that I could. And I did, with a minor price. Ha!
On to the important stuff. Sometimes you need to take a walk on the wild side. I will be the first to tell you that there are days I do not want to do my hair. I try really hard to not blow dry my hair and almost always sleep in braids or twisted rolls to still give it texture when I wake up and keep it from getting major bed head. Here, I just did not have it in me to curl it, so there you go, just wild waves that are not perfectly coiffed. I give you permission to take a day off from perfectly coiffed too.
Can we talk about these boots for a minute?! Luuuuuv. You all need a pair of wild leopard booties in your life this fall. So go. Now. Buy some. They make anything look fab from shorts, to skirts, to leather pants and skinny jeans! I will still be wearing them later as it gets cooler too with tights under the shorts and skirts. So, a perfect item for fall transition.
Tell me a fun thing you did over the weekend?

Oh I have so been there, my bodies way of reminding me I am not in college anymore. I get those reminders after intense workouts and late night outs. Sigh... I went out if town for a couple days, and had some (probably too much) fun hitting up department store sales.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully put together, as always Barbie.
