We take family walks often and each time we pass by these roses I always stop to admire their beauty and scent. I have taught Danica to take in their scent by sniffing and now every time we pass she insists we pause and sniff.
Yesterday while out with the dogs, we also admired all of our green hills, blue skies, birds chirping in happiness everywhere, the warm sun on our skin and the smell of BBQs lighting up for good weather gatherings! It only takes a minute friends to have awareness. And I promise is delivers a peaceful feeling within.

I also know that having a wonderful connection to my best friends lets me believe that you can feel so those same connected feelings towards someone that is not even related. Which there are a handful of you that feel like we have been related and connected for ages :) !!
