I love and swear by Estee Lauder Double Wear. I mix 3N1 and 2N1 to get my perfect color and depending on the time of year and/or if I use self tanner I adjust the amounts. I put on my foundation with my fingers, as I feel that really helps it to not get too heavy with having some fine lines and wrinkles. I have oily combination skin and this has been my go-to foundation for years. Sometimes, I get bored and I veer off path and play around with others, yet I always go right back to it.
Then immediately following, I use the Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector. I dab it on with my ring finger under my eye area and buff out the outer edges with this dampened beauty blender. I was freaked out by it at first as its a little sticky, but it dries and ends up going on fine and not cakey at all.
I then put on my MAC Pro Longwear Concealer (NC 15) immediately over the top of the Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector and once again use my damp beauty blender to blend it in and soften the edges. You should start to see a real 'light/bright' difference under the eyes.
I use this small fluffy brush from MAC and with the HD powder, I first set my under eyes by tapping in the HD powder on the brightener and concealer and then buff the powder into my forehead, all around my mouth, chin and anywhere else you have pores or lines. I swear this has been a game changer in my makeup routine (my sister in law gave this to me and I am so thankful to have added it to my arsenal!).
Next comes bronzer, which if you have known me for many moons, I use to be a tanning crazy person and looooved bronzer. This Too Faced Bronzer not only is amazing to wear as it is matte, but smells super yummy too. I have the color dark chocolate (can you guess how it smells?) and I am pretty pale and it looks just fine for me. I use this MAC brush to apply my bronzer, which is perfect.
Next, I take this MAC fluffy brush and put the banana contour powder on my under eyes, below where my blush would go, in the middle of my forehead and down the slope of my nose. Another amazing product everyone needs to own.
Eyes // I pretty much use all MAC shadows. First I put MAC Mulch all over my lid. Then I use Soft Brown for a bit of blending in the crease and under my eye along the lash line I use Bronze.
Eye Brows // I use Anastasia Brow pencil in Taupe and Lingering in MAC to draw my shape. Then I fill in with the Anastasia brow powder in brunette. The girls at MAC also taught me to draw a subtle line under the brows with concealer and a flat brush for a pretty sculpted brow look. For that, I use MAC NW20
Eye Liner // Currently using Sorme Liquid liner and Sorme Kohl pencil I grabbed these at my supply one day and I have been really happy with them
Mascara // I currently layer this Loreal Double Extend using the white primer side only and then put Voluminous Million Lashes over the top. I absolutely love the outcome
Highlighters // I alternate depending on my mood and eye shadows but these three are my faves. MAC Honour (have had for a long time) MAC Silver Dusk (similar) and Watts Up by Benefit
Blush // NARS Madly
