Dancing in the rain…
Of course all of these gorgeous items make you want to head outside and dance out in the rain! I decided a long time ago that if you are to be out and enduring the elements, why not maintain your chic-ness?! Here are a few of my faves that will keep you warm, dry, raccoon-eye free and fashionable no matter what your budget is. Looking chic in the rain is pretty easy. Make sure your pants are skinnies as they are easier to tuck into the rain boots {if you are skinny resistant then choose your slimmer leg pants and fold them over into a longer sock which will help keep them in place and from bunching all weird} but we should all be on the skinny jean train now, right mom?!

I included waterproof mascara on here as I feel it is important if you are out in weather. I always wear mine on the weekends with weather especially if I am going to my step daughters soccer game and its windy/rainy or even snowboarding. It just keeps your eyes, fresh, clean and able to wear a little makeup so you look awake and alive.

I was so happy it rained this morning! Bring it on!!

What do you wear in the rain? Has it rained yet where you live?

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day...

  1. I love crave and save posts! Great finds and outfits!

  2. LOVING both {obviously} but I love the save option!! Waterproof mascara is a definite must! Those rain boots are really cute, I haven't seen those at my local Target yet!! It's been raining here a lot lately and I am so sad to say I don't have a pair of rain boots yet {can you believe that}? I am buying a pair asap since the weather here in Canada is so unpredictable lol!!

    Have a good night Barbie!
    Sincerely Miss Ash

  3. As much as it's nice to splurge on expensive designer items, it's great to save!!! I love your pics :)

  4. What a great post! I love all of the pieces you picked- especially the jackets! I've been looking for a stylish and practical jacket to wear in the cold/rain! New follower :)

  5. I have a serious addiction to rain boots, which is totally pointless since I live in LA. lol. Fabulous post as always, love. :) xo

  6. This would be a really cute rainy day look! I have a pair of Hunters but I got them cheaper since I have the kids version, haha. :)
